Sanjit Singh is a Dalhouse University - Bachelor of Commerce graduate; and a University of British Columbia - Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation graduate. Sanjit has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI) for 8 years. Sanjit is a valuation and advisory services professional with expertise in a diverse range of commercial properties. Sanjit has led the firm in legal cases related to appraisal and consulting, and is recognized as an expert witness. Sanjit has over 8 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation and Advisory. Sanjit has completed appraisals for all major lending institutions, and works throughout Alberta. Specialties include income producing assets; commercial retail, hotel, motel, industrial, office, gas stations, car washes and development lands. What Sets Us Apart
Sanjit Singh is the Past-President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Alberta. He is a Dalhouse University – Bachelor of Commerce graduate and has successfully completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the University of British Columbia. Sanjit has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada for 9 years and earned his designation as an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI, P. App) in 2010. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Alberta for the past 4 years and is a former President of the AIC-Alberta Calgary Chapter. Additionally, he has spoken at a variety of association meetings in both professional and AIC related capacities, has remained a dedicated advocate for the membership and is passionate about his role in the AIC. Sanjit has over 8 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation and Advisory and in 2013, he became Principal of the appraisal firm, Wernick Omura. Sanjit has completed appraisals for all major lending institutions, has led the firm in legal cases related to appraisal and consulting, is recognized as an expert witness. He is a valuation and advisory services professional with expertise in a diverse range of commercial properties throughout Alberta.
